Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 August 2026

AdSocials respects the privacy of everyone visiting this website or using our services. This privacy policy explains which personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible for your data?

AdSocials is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. For questions about this processing, contact info@adsocials.nl.

2. What data do we collect?

We only collect data you provide yourself, or that is generated automatically through your visit to the website.

  • Contact details submitted through a form (growth scan request, contact form, booking): name, company name, website, email address, phone number.
  • Optional business details you share: revenue indication, marketing budget, requested services, message or context.
  • Meeting preferences: your chosen date and time when scheduling a call.
  • Technical and usage data via cookies and similar technologies, such as IP address, device and browser information and pages visited — see our cookie policy for details.
  • If you become a client: data needed to perform the agreement, including — with your consent — limited access to your Meta, Google, TikTok or Klaviyo account.

3. Why do we use this data?

  • To process your growth-scan request or contact enquiry and get in touch with you (legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To schedule and confirm an appointment (legal basis: performance of the contract).
  • To deliver our services once you become a client, including managing ad campaigns, email marketing and creatives (legal basis: performance of the contract).
  • To analyse and improve the website, and to measure the effectiveness of our own advertising (legal basis: legitimate interest, or consent where required under cookie legislation).
  • To comply with legal obligations, such as tax record-keeping requirements (legal basis: legal obligation).

4. How long do we keep your data?

We keep enquiry and lead data no longer than necessary to process and follow up on your request. If no collaboration follows, we delete or anonymise this data within 24 months of the last contact moment.

Data that forms part of an ongoing agreement is kept for the duration of the collaboration, and afterwards for as long as required by law (for example, the Dutch 7-year tax record-keeping obligation for administrative records).

5. Who do we share your data with?

We never sell your data. We do work with carefully selected parties acting as data processors on our behalf, solely to deliver our services:

  • A hosting provider that runs this website.
  • A database and storage provider that securely holds enquiry and client data.
  • A provider that sends transactional emails (such as confirmation of your request).
  • Analytics and advertising platforms for website analytics and measuring our own advertising.
  • The advertising or email marketing platforms of your own accounts (for example Meta, Google, TikTok or Klaviyo), only if you are a client and have granted access, for the purpose of delivering our services.

6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some of the parties above may process data on servers outside the EEA. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or an equivalent recognised level of protection.

7. Cookies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Which cookies we use, why, and how you can manage your preferences is explained in our cookie policy.

8. How do we secure your data?

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss or unlawful processing, including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), restricted access to systems holding personal data, and secure authentication for our admin dashboard.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • The right to access the data we hold about you.
  • The right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • The right to erasure ("right to be forgotten").
  • The right to restrict processing.
  • The right to object to processing.
  • The right to data portability.

10. Questions or a complaint

Want to exercise any of the above rights, or have a question about this privacy policy? Contact us at info@adsocials.nl. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Not satisfied with how we handle your data? You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

11. Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time, for example following changes to our services or applicable law. The latest version is always available on this page, with the last-updated date shown above.
